- Minimum of a bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in one or more of the following Enterprise Collaboration and Social Media technologies: Jive or Radian6
- Minimum of 2 years leading Information Technology teams
- Minimum of 2 years of coding experience in any language (i.e., Java)
Preferred Skills:
- Consulting experience
- A desire to create business applications out of new technologies
- Understanding of technical architectures and the current state of the technology market in fields such as social media, web development, or similar
- Social media project experience (Either a role managing a social media presence, a role selling/delivering social media to clients, or related roles)
- Java coding experience preferred
